About these terms

These terms apply when you use MyVisaRoutes or buy a guide. MyVisaRoutes is run by Isnex Technologies Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 15999648. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Information, not immigration advice

MyVisaRoutes publishes general information about visa routes, taken from official government sources. It is not legal or immigration advice and is not tailored to you. We do not assess individual cases, recommend which visa to choose, predict decisions, check documents, fill in applications or act for you with any government or employer. Isnex Technologies Ltd is not regulated to give immigration advice in the UK, Canada or Germany.

The free check compares your answers with published minimum requirements. "Meets published minimums" means only that your answers match the minimums we list; it does not mean you will be granted a visa. Decisions are made only by the relevant government. For advice about your situation, use a regulated adviser.

Accuracy

We take figures from official pages and show the date we last checked them. Rules, fees and processing times change, sometimes without notice. Figures marked "check" come from secondary sources. Local-currency amounts are approximate. Always confirm details on the official page before you pay or apply. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss caused by relying on information that has changed or that you did not confirm.

Guides

• Guides are digital PDF documents, identical for every buyer, describing the rules as published on the date shown in the guide.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record and handles taxes, receipts and payment disputes.
• You get a personal, non-transferable licence to download, read and print the guide for your own use. Please don't resell or publish it.
• Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break it, scrape it at scale, or present our content as your own advice service.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Otherwise, our total liability to you for a purchase is limited to the price you paid for it. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere you may also have rights under your local consumer law.
